There are various kinds of lizards. Some of them are small, and some of them are big. Small lizards cannot eat baby birds but big lizards like a Komodo dragon, Monitor lizards, can eat baby birds. Monitor lizards are good climbers, and they can climb trees to eat baby birds and eggs. It is quite difficult to keep monitor lizards away from baby birds once they smell it.
Pet lizards eat baby birds. Some people like to keep Tegu, Monitor lizards as their pet and they feed them baby chicks or other baby birds. The bird can be refrigerated, or they can do live feeding. These baby birds are easy prey for the big lizards, and they eat it with pleasure. It's rich in protein and other essential substances. A single baby bird won't be enough for big lizards, so they eat a lot more than just one.
