Delhi's Lt Governor Anil Baijal on Friday rejected the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government's decision to allow hotels and weekly markets to operate under Unlock 3. Officials said this decision has been taken because the Covid-19 situation in Delhi continues to be "fragile" and the threat is still "far from over".
