Police have seized numerous weapons, ISIS training manuals and the ISIS Back Standard during a raid linked to a kidnapping. According to reports, the suspects kidnap businessmen for ransom demanding to be paid in Bitcoin, in order to fund Islamic extremist operations in Africa.
