인구 7개월째 자연감소...올해 사상 첫 자연감소 '확실'

South Korea's population has been on a steady decline for the seventh straight month with no sign of a turnaround.
According to Statistics Korea, the numbers of newborns and new marriages in May were at a record low for that month.
On year, the number of babies born fell 9-point-3 percent, and marriages were down 21-point-3 percent.
The agency attributed the low marriage numbers to a shrinking number of people in their 30s... and to the pandemic.
