ABVP national president urinates outside an elderly woman's door in Chennai

A woman in Chennai, who had alleged harassment by Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) national president Dr. Subbiah Shanmugam, withdrew her complaint just hours after filing one against the person, saying that the matter was "settled".
