Chitrakoot sexual abuse case: NHRC sends notice to Centre, UP DGP

The National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) has sent notice to Centre, UP DGP and UP Chief secretary over India Today's expose about how minor girls were sexually exploited in Chitrakoot.
