The World Wildlife Fund (WWF) draws attention to the "agony" in the Mediterranean Sea of a tailless whale, a symbol of man's impact on cetaceans. The whale, named Fluker, has been known for years by experts at the Pelagos marine sanctuary, a protected area created between Italy, France and Monaco.
