Former Penang chief minister Lim Guan Eng arrived at the MACC headquarters in Putrajaya at 1pm this afternoon after being summoned to have his statement recorded over the Penang undersea tunnel project.
Deputy chief commissioner (operations) Ahmad Khusairi Yahaya said the DAP secretary-general was summoned as a witness.
