Belgian eco-business collects coffee grounds to make mushrooms

A Belgian eco-business is going around by bicycle collecting used coffee grounds from cafes in Brussels to grow mushrooms in the expansive cellars of what used to be city's royal warehouse -- and then selling the funghi to bio eateries.
