All the 47 counties have assets worth over 110billion shillings according to the latest report by the intergovernmental relations technical committee (IGRTC). It has also emerged that the committee had used 400 million shillings to identify the assets against a budget of 4 billion shillings that had been projected by the defunct transition authority (TA).
