A 61-year-old cardiologist on Tuesday pleaded guilty at the George Town magistrate's court to defying the movement control order (MCO) by jogging at the City Park in March.
Dr Ong Hean Teik was slapped with a RM1,000 fine for challenging the authorities on the second day of the MCO.
