INGREDIENTS
1cup rice
1cup sugar
1lt.milk
6 Mangos
China grass 10grm
PROCESS
Boil the milk and add the rice.
Cook 15 minutes then add sugar and cook till the milk absorb.
Now take a mold and set rice inside the mold.
Keep 1 hour in fridge.
Peel of the mangos and cut into slice.
Blend the mangos and keep a side.
Now in a bowl take some water and wet china grass 5minutes
In a pot add 1cup water and boil it and add china grass.
Stir it till the grass mix with the water properly.
Now the grass water mixes with the mango.
Take out the rice from fridge and add mango top of rice.
Now keep in fridge for 4 hour.
