Blueberry Muffins
Ingredients;
1 cup : self-raising flour
1/4 cup : caster sugar
1/2 cup : milk powder
1/3 cup : fresh blueberries
1 tsp : Venilla sugar/essence
100 ml : water
50 g : butter (melted)
Directions;
Preheat oven to 160 centigrade, 12 muffins paper cups insert into pan and grease.
Sift flour, milk powder,sugar and Venilla sugar into bowl add egg , butter and water (add water gradually) mix ,add fresh berries without over mixing.
Add mixture with spoons into muffin pan and bake for 15- 20 minutes.
Let muffins stand in pan for 5 minutes and turn onto a wire rack for cooling serve with milk .

Anda , makhan aur pani (pani thora thora ker k dalen ) dal ker mix kren, blueberries dal ker halka sa mix kren pan men chamach ki madad sy dal ker oven men 15-20 mnt k liyea bake ker Len , bake hony k bad 5 mnt tak pan men he rehny den jab tak thanda ho jayn .
