DSWD vows no more local gov't anomalies in 2nd tranche

Social Welfare Secretary Rolando Bautista guarantees that since the DSWD will no longer transfer funds to local governments for the emergency subsidy program, local officials can no longer commit anomalies in the distribution of cash aid.
