Union Home Minister Amit Shah Thursday launched an attack on Congress on the anniversary of the Emergency that was declared by the Indira Gandhi government on June 25, 1975. In a series of tweets, Shah said that the nation was turned into a prison overnight and atrocities were committed on the poor and downtrodden.
