According to Business Insider, psychotherapist and author Amy Moran suggests starting with just ten minutes of work. You can always do more!
Second, don't visualize the end goal, as people do with vision boards. Instead, visualize yourself in the process of working towards the goal.
Next, stop setting deadlines in the future, like "I will write three pages by Monday." Instead, set "now" deadlines, such as "I will write one page now."
Lastly, set yourself up for success by removing obstacles in your path. Sleep in your workout clothes so you can roll out of bed, ready to run!
