U.S. Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell is warning about "significant uncertainty" regarding the pace of the U.S. economic recovery.
During the first day of Powell's semi-annual testimony before Congress on Tuesday,... the Fed chair told the Senate Banking Committee that while some indicators have improved,... there's a long way to go as the economy tries to rebound from the COVID-19 pandemic.
Powell stressed that small businesses and lower-income and minority Americans are particularly at risk.
