A man, Montrell Neal, gets aggressively arrested in Gary, Indiana, after his cousin's landlord called the cops, allegedly, with the intension to get him evicted on June 8, 2020.
Neal's cousin, Larnardo Williams II, had problems with property maintenance along with other injuries due to neglect of the property and complained to the landlord about the issues.
The landlord called the cops because an altercation occurred between Williams and the landlord.
The police spoke to the landlord before speaking to Williams, then later approached both Neil and Williams about the altercation.
According to the filmer, the police said, "I'm tired of you Chicago [explicit word] coming to Indiana and not know what you can and can't do."
Williams is pushed as he tries to protect Neil from being arrested and the police proceed to enter his home to arrest Neil.
"Get his badge number," the filmer said.
The police take Neil into their vehicle as Neil tells the filmer, "I don't have any shoes on!"
"Aggressive for no reason!" the filmer yells.
Hours later, Neil was released on bail.
Williams is yet to move but doesn't have the funds. He paid $2,000 to move in and is paying $500 every two weeks to live in that property.
Williams lives with his four children, and the landlord is still giving him issues. The landlord gave him the notice to vacate.
