A brush fire broke out in the Sepúlveda Pass along Highway 405 in Los Angeles this morning (June 10).
Footage shows an apocalyptic looking hillside just after midnight when the fire started.
"The fire broke out just after midnight. I saw flames running towards the top of the hill," the filmer Rachel, told Newsflare.
"The fire was 15% per cent contained a few hours ago and 2 firefighters were injured. There are still hot spots and flare-ups that the firemen are keeping an eye on. The fire is contained and under control. No homes have been threatened. Some roads are closed," she continued.
According to local reports, the cause of the fire is under investigation.
