The World Health Organization says people with the novel coronavirus are most infectious just at the point when they first begin to feel sick.
According to Reuters, WHO experts said Tuesday that it was this feature that has made it so hard to control the spread of the virus that causes COVID-19.
However, officials said it can be accomplished through social distancing and robust testing.
