Playing chess in space: two cosmonauts on ISS take on Russian grandmaster

Two Russian cosmonauts aboard the International Space Station (ISS) confront a chess champion on Earth in a game broadcast live that ended in a draw. Equipped with a tablet as a chessboard, Anatoly Ivanishin and Ivan Vagner played in zero gravity against the great international master Sergey Karyakin, who was at the Space Museum in Moscow. The game, broadcast on the YouTube channel of the Russian space agency Roskosmos, ended after about 25 minutes for a draw.
