Anti-terror bill protester trapped for hours in UP Cebu

Activist John Ruiz recounts being trapped in the UP Cebu campus after their anti-terror bill rally was dispersed by Cebu City police. Around 30 protesters were trapped inside for hours while 8 had already been arrested during the dispersal.
