Wearing plastic face shields, keeping social distances and taking hygiene precautions -- this is the new way of life for pupils at the Kinugawa primary school in the town of Nikko, about one hundred kilometres north of Tokyo. The school reopened on June 1 after a three-month closure due to COVID-19.
