The governor of the US state of Virginia has ordered a key memorial to the slave-owning Confederacy to be removed from the capital Richmond. Ralph Northam said the statue of Robert E Lee – who commanded the Confederate forces during the American Civil War – had to come down. The BBC's Tim Allman reports.
