As the lockdown begins to ease in many countries - shops, bars and restaurants are opening back up. Plenty of regulations are still in place - limiting the number of potential customers. And at one restaurant in the Netherlands - even the staff have undergone something of a transformation - as the BBC's Tim Allman explains.
