Congress leader Kapil Sibal took a swipe at PM Narendra Modi saying “Nepal is looking in our eyes and there is the standoff with China” and asked why the PM is not looking them in their eyes. Sibal’s statement comes after the Narendra Modi-led NDA government completed the first year of its rule in the second term.
