Manibo pneumatic balancers are mainly used for rapid and frequent handling of loads in the production lines, in the loading and unloading of pieces from machine tools and the assembly of mechanical parts. The ability to handle loads in "zero gravity" thanks to the pneumatic balancer makes it an irreplaceable tool in modern production situations. Manibo balancers have capacities up to 75 kg and range up to 3 m, which can be increased by hanging the pneumatic balancer on a jib crane or a light push-over bridge crane. The vertical stroke varies from 1.5m to 2m. In the column version, both joints of the pneumatic balancer can rotate 360 ° continuously thanks to a joint with internal air passages. Manibo can supply pneumatic balancers suitable for food areas and explosion risk areas classified ATEX. Upon request, the balancers can be made entirely of stainless steel.
This type of control does not require any presetting. The operator, acting on two proportional levers, controls the lifting and lowering of the load, in a very precise way, with the possibility of adjusting the position in a balanced state, for a short-stroke, without operating on the control levers. Better than any other pneumatic control during the movements of translation of the articulated arm thanks to its ability to transmit acceleration through the lateral traction of the rope.
The load that can be lifted will be obtained by subtracting the weight of the tool from the actual load capacity of the balancer.
