Hundreds of commuters were stranded at Line 1 of Chongqing Rail Transit after it broke down on May 26.
The video, provided by local media with permission, shows a huge crowd of stranded travellers at a train station.
According to reports, the station broke down due to an equipment failure. After emergency maintenance, the traffic returned back to normal.
