坂本龍馬は大阪薩摩蔵屋敷に立ち寄ってもいます。現在土佐堀橋の会社の倉庫の土地が薩摩藩蔵屋敷跡となっています。また、薩摩藩蔵屋敷の近く現在の土佐堀２丁目交差点かどコンビニあたりには、海援隊大阪詰所の跡地といわれている薩万があったと言われています
