Bilal Ahmad Vani, who was nabbed by the UP police in Mathura on Sunday night, was denied to be suspected as a terrorist by the DCP of Special Cell, Delhi Police, Kushwaha. Even UP police has now denied of being him as terrorist and have given orders into probe.
