Rajim Kumbh Mela gleams up with three lakh earthen lamps

Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Raman Singh who inaugurated the Rajim Kumbh Mela on Wednesday offered prayers at Mahanadi river. Three lakh earthen lamps were lit at the fair to create a world record.
