Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday addressed a rally in the poll-bound Arunachal Pradesh and said that the Centre wants to develop tourism in the north-east state . PM Modi also inaugurated Dorjee Khandu State Convention Centre in the state's capital Itanagar.
