Caught on camera: Chain snatchers arrested, blames girlfriend

Two men was arrested by Delhi police for snatching chain from woman's neck.The incident was caught on CCTV. Beside this one of the snatcher blamed his girl friend saying that in-order to fulfil her demands he had to steal.
