A 21-year-old boy, identified as Prakash, was beaten by the traffic police personnel in Chennai for not wearing a helmet while driving. Prakash was beaten in front of his mother and sister in public. When they went to file a case, the Chennai Police instead filed a case against Prakash for arguing with the cops.
