NATION VIEW: Person spotted voting illegally on ballot papers

During West Bengal Gram Panchayat elections, people witnessed massive violence, and with that violence came bloodshed, loot of ballot boxes and many such things. A person was spotted using his power and illegally stomping votes on ballot papers.
