Cyclone Amphan: Rahul Gandhi appeals to Cong workers to help people

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Tuesday appealed to his party workers in West Bengal and Odisha to warn people of the danger posed by Cyclone Amphan and help them reach safer places.
