UP Elections 2017: Samajwadi Party-Congress alliance 'almost done', says Ghulam Nabi Azad

Congress leader Ghulam Nabi Azad confirmed the reports on Tuesday saying that the alliance will be formed under the leadership of chief minister Akhilesh Yadav.
