Asha Kiran: 11 inmates die in two months, Kejriwal orders inquiry

New Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal has ordered an inquiry into the death of 11 women inmates in two months at Asha Kiran home for the mentally challenged. The CM has asked the Chief Secretary to file a report by February 13.
