Days after Al-Qaeda's India offshoot Ansar Gazawat-ul-Hind head Zakir Musa's threat to liberate India from PM Modi and Hindus, the Delhi Police special cell on Sunday arrested an Al Qaeda Operative Shomon(Shaumam) Haq from Vikas Marg area of the national capital.
