Varanasi: PM Narendra Modi says governance is not about vote banks or winning elections

Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed farmers at Shahanshahpur on Saturday and said that governance is not about securing votes and winning elections. He stressed that 'Nation comes first' and it is the priority of the government to build it.
