BHU violence: Chief Proctor ON Singh submits resignation to VC

The BHU Chief Proctor submitted his resignation to Vice-Chancellor GC Tripathi on Tuesday. Taking moral responsibility, BHU Chief Proctor O N Singh tendered his resignation to the Vice-chancellor which has been accepted.
