Nation Reporter: PM lays foundation stone of highway, sewerage projects

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday addressed the centenary celebrations of Patna University in Bihar. He also visited Mokama to inaugurate several developmental projects, including sewage treatment plants and national highway projects.
