Amarinder Singh takes oath as Punjab CM, Sidhu and Manpreet as cabinet ministers

Punjab Congress chief Captain Amarinder Singh on Thursday took the oath as Punjab chief minister for the second time. His first term in the office was between 2002 and 2007.
