Smog menace: SC issues notice to Delhi, UP, Haryana and Rajasthan

The Supreme Court has issued notice and asked the Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana and Rajasthan governments, the measures they have adopted to control the rising level of air pollution and deadly smog.
