NGT pulls up Amarnath Shrine Board for lack of facilities for pilgrims

The National Green Tribunal (NGT) on Wednesday rapped the Amarnath Shrine Board for not providing proper infrastructure facilities to pilgrims travelling to the cave shrine in south Kashmir Himalayas.
