I will retire when Rahul Gandhi becomes Congress President: Sonia Gandhi

Congress chief Sonia Gandhi has said that its is time for her to retire after her son Rahul Gandhi becomes the party president. She also said that Rahul will be responsible for the taking the decisions of Congress.
