OP Singh appointed as new DGP of Uttar Pradesh Police

OP Singh has been appointed as the director general of Uttar Pradesh police. The 1983 batch IPS officer of UP cadre will succeed Sulkhan Singh who was granted an extension of three months. His term ended on December 31.
