As most provinces shift from Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) to General Community Quarantine (GCQ), some parts of the country will have to undergo Modified Enhanced Community (MECQ), which includes Metro Manila, Laguna, and Cebu City amid the spike of COVID-19 positive cases.
