Amid COVID-19 Crisis, Bihar in Need of Ventilators – Are the State and Centre Doing Enough?

Amid the coronavirus pandemic, the Bihar government had demanded 100 ventilators from the central government. CM Nitish Kumar requested for ventilators at the recent CM-PM meeting. Yet, the state has not managed to receive a single ventilator.
