Cut off Kanhaiya Kumar's tongue, get Rs 5 lakh: BJYM leader

In a controversial statement, a Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) leader has said that he will give away Rs 5 lakh as prize money for cutting off the tongue of of Jawaharlal Nehru University Students Union president Kanhaiya Kumar.
